Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by The Better Software Initiative (CVR 44719045). By working with us, you agree to the following:

1. Scope of Services

Services include software development, consulting, training, and related activities as agreed in the contract.

2. Fees and Payment

Fees are based on the agreed project scope or hourly rates. Invoices must be paid within 14 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it without written consent.

4. Liability

We deliver services with professional care, but cannot be held liable for indirect damages, business losses, or third-party issues.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Danish law, with Copenhagen courts as the legal venue.
